看到一段叙述是说hemoglobin其实并没有enzyme的function
但是在研究enzyme的调控时 贡献非常大 所以有人给了它这个名字
原文如下
hemoglobin an "honorary enzyme" because of its usefulness in studies of how
enzyme function could be regulated
: This section includes an examination of hemoglobin's
: structure and its cooperative oxygen-binding behavior .
这一个章节的内容包括了hemoglobin的结构还有hemoglobin与O2结合的协同作用
(应该是讲hemoblobin binding上O2的亲和力随着O2的增加而越来越低
一个hemoglobin最多可以binding上四个O2分子)
