在collagen 的 alpha-chain 中有一些Pro Lys会被氢氧化
而在氢氧化的过程中需要Ascorbate oxygen 和
a-ketoglutarate的参与
而我想请问板上的前辈 a-ketoglutarate 的参与是不是有特殊意义
因为a-KG反应後便成succinate+CO2 这正好和TCA cycle的第五步骤不谋而合
难道这是巧合 Vit.C的功能除了氢氧化外 就是抗氧化的功能了
感觉上TCA cycle比较属於氧化 pathway
如果真是如此 Vit.C在执行氢氧化功能时不就失去抗氧化的功能了吗??
以上的推论请板上各为大大不吝指教
