想像肾丝球就是一个RO净水器
过滤作用比一般血管还精致，称为『超过滤』
所以分子需要通过层层关卡才能被滤出ㄚ...
endothelial cells是血管设的关卡
足细胞(podocyte)则是肾丝球细胞设的关卡
