就丢一个含 promoter+ORF+3'-UTR 的片段就可以了?
饶了我吧, 你总要把这段塞进一个 vector 里吧, 这个 vector 总要
有一些东西, 比如说 T-DNA 的 LB/RB region. 这个就叫载体, 好不好?
目前在植物界除了 virus, 就是使用 T-DNA 来做 stable transgenic
plant. 不过如果你真的有这种不需载体就能转的 protocol, 麻烦你给
我一些 referance paper, 我拿给我们的转殖室, 这样我们以後就轻松
了.
