标题[问题] gene therapy使用的vector

这是我在修遗传学碰到的一个与gene therapy有关的问题...
目前常用的vector有retrovirus, AV, AAV,
我爬了一下文发现前两者的作用机转似乎都是在dividing cell，
而作用在non-dividing cell的好像都只有提lentivirus，
请问有哪位版友知道若要在常用的三种vector中选择在non-dividing cell有最高
transduction effeciency的vector，
该选哪一种呢?
