MOI很多地方都看得到吧~ 你真的有查吗?
MOI指的是 "virus数量/cell number"
翻白话一点是: 感染时,一颗细胞平均分到多少只病毒~
例如: 在cell culture system中
以10000个virus感染1000颗细胞
此时MOI=10
