标题[问题] Compliance 面试准备

大家好
小弟是法律背景，下礼拜要去一家外商药品制造公司面试
工作职缺是要做Compliance的工作，应该就是药厂管理跟法规配合等等相关工作
看了一下好像没有生科背景会很吃亏
但不管怎样，面试前我想把卫福部网页上的东西研究一下

不知道版友有没有类似面试或工作的经验可以给我一点准备的方向呢？

最後附上工作内容
1.Handle all compliance activities/programs/projects initiated or delegated
by the Compliance Officer.
2.Handle/advise all compliance matters.
3.Develops country specific standards and procedures in alignment with
globally set standards.
4.Develop a country specific training plan and performs and tracks training.
5.Take appropriate action steps to mitigate identified risks.
6.Advise and guide country management in all compliance related areas.
7.Participate on a regular basis in teleconferences, workshops, team meetings
or Compliance Community meetings.
8.Manage all internal compliance reporting.
9.Investigate compliance cases and track them in group-wide system.
10.Maintain and input the compliance cases, investigations, reports,
analysis,
system with respect to COMCAT, CORISMA, HOTLINE.
11.The COMPASS system trainer and caretaker.
12.Help the Compliance officer to takes appropriate action steps to mitigate
identified risks.
13.Approve promotional material and business events/activities from code of
practice/compliance concern
