阳明大学 微阵列核心实验室 诚徵 博士後研究 及 研究助理 PostDoc & Research Assistant Positions A Post-Doc and an assistant position in Bioinformatics are available in the Gene Expression Analysis Center at the Genome Research Center, Yang-Ming University, Taiwan. Successful candidates should have completed, or nearly complete, a PhD or MSc project in an area of either application of bioinformatics tools to solving biological problems or the development of bioinformatics' tools. A prior experience with Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) is essential and expertise in statistics and/or R language is a plus. The future project is concerned with the mapping, visualisation and analysis of SNPs on human genome, as well as maintenance of a database storing SNP and gene expression array data. The selected post-doc and RA are expected to work in teams locally and internationally. The future workplace offers a stimulating multidiscipline and cross-cultural environment with access to the state-of-art facilities and techniques in one of the few core labs of the National Research Program for Genomic Medicine (NRPGM).
