Job Description: We are seeking application for up to two postdoctoral researchers to work on next-generation sequencing (DNA-Seq, RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq) algorithm and software development, and data analysis. The postdoc(s) will collaborate closely with several groups including Penn Center for Neurodegenerative Disease Research (CNDR), NIA Genetics of Alzheimer’s Disease Data Storage Site (NIAGADS), and Alzheimer’s Disease Genetics Consortium (ADGC). Qualified candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in computer science, statistics, biology, or other related fields, and demonstrate experience in programming and processing genomic data on linux environments.
