抱歉,又打扰大家
之前是找到设定e-value的方法
-c config.txt
config.txt 里面放入-e 0.00001
不过,後来发现,他根本起不了作用
请问有经验的人,要如何设定e-vlaue的值ㄋ
下面是我下的指令:
./blastclust -i input file -o output file -p F
目前,老师是要我试着下e-vlaue指令
请问有经验的大家,如何做ㄋ
ps: -S -L 目前老师没有要求,
