标题[问题] 想找那些蛋白质有特定的motif

就是... 如果我知道一段 短短的motif 只有4个胺基酸
不过其中2个胺基酸是随机的 例如 XTXV (X是都可以的氨基酸)
我本来想利用blast找 可是发现好像不能这样用
那我还有甚麽方法可以 在database中 寻找所有带有这一小段motif的蛋白质呢??
会有motif太短 找不到的问题吗
