化学与结构生物学报告有两份: 第一份是所长的报告: 内容: 1.所长请的PI中,选一个人讲的写心得报告 ; 或是 2.生物物理年会中选一个Speaker,然後也是写心得报告. 时间:所长说最慢6/23交.. 方式:大概2-3张A4的纸就OK 但是请大家前一天先交给我(by E-mail),然後我再交给所长. 第二份是我们老师的报告: 内容如下: Take home exam for Chemical and Structural Biology II (20 pts for each of questions 1-5) 1.Briefly describe the principles of AUC, BIAcore, Stopped-flow, and ITC. What kind of information can you obtain by using these methods? 2.DPP4 is a protease, which has a larger and a smaller entrance suggested for substrate to come in and product to go out, respectively. The small entrance is probably used for product release. Can you design an experiment to test this hypothesis? 3.What is cocktail therapy? Why is cocktail therapy important? What is prodrug? Please name a few prodrugs that are currently used and explain how they work? 4.Describe four types of common approaches used to develop ligand-based new drugs. What are the problems frequently encountered during drug development? How can you solve the issues? 5.Describe a convenient and sensitive way to assay protease inhibitors. 6.Could you evaluate this course based on how helpful the materials taught to you? What change can be made to improve the course? 以上是我们老师出的题目! 总共有5题,第6题是对此一课程给予意见,评估!! 时间:6/18或是最慢6/21之前交.... 方式:大概2-3张A4的纸就OK 直接寄到老师信箱,或是拿纸本给老师也可以...
