翻出以前的分析化学课本 找到void volume 的解释 void volume : sample注入column後，这时会通入mobile phase使sample可以通过stationary phase 已达到分离的效果。在sample中，有些solutes(nonretained component)与 stationary phase之间不会有任何interaction，所以其elute的速度与mobile phase 流动的速度相同 将这些nonretained component elute出column所需mobile phase之体积 即为void volume 至於elution volume 和 total volume 则没提到 不过课本出现retention volume这词 retention volume : solutes elute 出column时，在detect signal图表上会形成一个peak 某特定solute's retention volume 为在图表上elute到此特定solute的peak顶端时所需 之mobile phase 体积 google 查到 elution volume 的解释(应该就是和retention volume 一样) The amount of eluant which has passed through the column in column chromatography before a particular peak in an elution profile appears, or before a specific substance of interest comes out with the eluant, separated out of the original mixed substance. 那total volume 大概就是将solute完全elute出来所需之体积 运算的话，大概就相加或相减吧 行为大概是生物分子...改变结构 我赣古不下去了...... -- 後来 我终於学会了如何去爱 只是你 早已远去 消失在人海 後来 终於在眼泪中明白 有些人一旦错过就不在 --
