Identify market trends, evaluate market potential, and formulate strategies in the cell therapy and pharmaceutical industries. 3. Deliver presentations and implement development projects. 4. Cross-functional communication with the R&D and financing teams may be an a dditional responsibility. 【徵才条件】 1) The BDs need to actively pursue new business opportunities that align with the present strategic emphasis. They are accountable for generating new busine ss and expanding the clientele through online meetings or direct consumer visi ts across the globe. They need to identify market trends, evaluate market pote ntial, and formulate strategies to increase the market share of the company in the cell therapy and pharmaceutical industries. 2) The BDs need to deliver presentations and implement development projects fo r clients in the United States, the European Union, and Asia; establish and ex ecute necessary project plans; and conclude new business. Hence, they should p ossess strong negotiation abilities. 3) The BDs need to deliver prompt customer support and, when required, establi sh and coordinate with internal resources. They need to collaborate with marke ting, sales, and product development to devise strategies that secure the comp any‘s position as a provider of multi-product solutions for the introduction of new products to consumers. They need to collaborate with international team s during the development phase and provide consumers with technical assistance as required. 4) Oversight of logistics associated with due diligence for out-licensing oppo rtunities, including electronic data management, procurement, and distribution of critical materials to diligence teams, monitoring of diligence progress, a nd more.
