【职缺名称】 Foundational Cell Therapy Biology, Scientist / Sr. Scientist 【徵才单位】 台湾百济神州有限公司 【工作地址】 台北内湖 【工作内容】 - Ability to properly follow protocols, procedures, and instruction, and document all work in notebook. - Differentiate iPSCs into immune cells, cell culture. - Design and perform molecular biology and immunological experiments, including in vitro genetic manipulation, characterize immune function in vitro by immune assays (flow cytometry, killing assay…etc) and cell biological/biochemical assays (proliferation assay, luciferase assay… etc), and possible in animal model. - Perform daily laboratory maintenance tasks including ordering reagents, maintaining stocks, and aliquoting solutions, etc. - Engage colleagues in scientific discussion, present scientific data to internal and external audiences. 【徵才条件】 ‧ Master degree in the field of Immunology, Stem Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields. ‧ Ability to work on weekends for iPSC cell culture and differentiation, take turns to be on duty. ‧ Minimum two years extensive laboratory experience (laboratory experience during master training is applicable) in mammalian cell culture, cell biology, molecular biology, DNA/RNA preparation, PCR and immunolabeling. ‧ Immunological experimental experience, including flow cytometry, panel design, cell sorting, ELISA and immune cell culture, and bioinformatic experience will be a plus. ‧ The successful candidate should have excellent communication and teamwork skills. ‧ Self-motivated, self-managed and willing to take multi-task and work efficiently. ‧ Continuous learning and the ability to acquire new knowledge to meet job requirements. ‧ Be able to work under pressure. ‧ Good communication skills both in English and Chinese. 【薪资待遇】 月薪45000以上 【联络方式】 E-mail [email protected] 或欢迎到104应徵本职缺 【其他备注】 这是一个在台湾就能有国际药厂经验的机会， 非常欢迎优秀年轻人加入 (应届硕士毕业，或是已经有助理或是业界工作经验都欢迎) -- "L'observation, premiere etape de la connaissance" 观察，是认知的第一步 Charles Nicolle, 1866/09/21-1936/02/28 --
