【职缺名称】Field Service Engineer 【徵才单位】Cytiva Taiwan 【工作地址】台北市民生东路三段156号 or Homebase 【工作内容】 1. Provide high level technical support to customers including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, Field Modification and necessary trainings in the service areas for equipment. 2. Work with global project team. Deliver projects as key service expert by providing support with FAT, SAT, Installation, commissioning and post-warranty service of process equipment automation HW/SW. 3. Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. 4. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction. 5. Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated. 6. Meeting Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements. 7. Participating in sales opportunities such as contract renewals and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs. 【徵才条件】 1. Bachelor's degree or above. English proficiency and basic computer skills are required. 2. Education in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation are preferred. 3. Experience interfacing with both internal global team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process. 4. Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment. 5. Experience in GMP Biopharma or Biotechnologies environment is a strong plus High integrity & discipline. Capability of working under customer pressure and travel 6.
