【职缺名称】Postdoctoral Scientist 【徵才单位】School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering (SCBE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU) 【工作地址】Singapore 【工作内容】One research fellow position is immediately available at the Food Manufacturing and Health Laboratory in the School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering, NTU.The research fellow will focus on applying biochemical and engineering principles to food and bioprocessing procedures to improve system efficiency and human health. Specific projects include but are not limited to developing sustainable urban food-manufacturing systems, creating values for agricultural by-products, manufacturing bioactive carbohydrates, and elucidating substrate-specific microbial communities. 【徵才条件】The applicant is expected to have hands-on experience in microbial fermentation, bioreactor, and chromatography operations; in carbohydrate synthesis, purification, and structural analysis; or in microbial community analysis, next-generation sequencing, and bioinformatics.
