标题锻链 lower abs & obliques

(这是我去年在我自己网志上记的 ^^",既然讲到练下腹的运动,就拿出来分享罗)
有一堂拳击有氧,之後接着是 abs & back,老师是 Shane, 我就去了。
Shane的课我上过一次,很操,可是看她本人跳拳击实在很享受,
她很瘦,可是肌肉线条很漂亮,每个出拳踢脚动作都美到不行,
还有一点,她也很喜欢跟学生哈拉,跟丽莎满像的,而且班上学生好像不少人她都已经记
得名字了。
而且她很特别的是,她会用 "babies" 叫我们: That's it, babies! Great job,
babies! Work it out babies!
上她的课,非常热血。才热身不到十分钟,我就觉得汗流浃背,
跳完以後照镜子,高高绑起的马尾湿了三分之一,好像蘸了水的毛笔。XD
然後是Abs & Back,
老师教到两个动作
动作一,是可以锻链 lower abs, 也就是我们说的小腹啦
躺在垫子上, 膝盖往外面翻、碰触地板,两脚脚踝并拢,
所以由上往下俯瞰腿是成一个菱形

然後做仰卧起坐 (crunches)
两手放头後,提起上半身,用肚子的力量带而不是用手肘
动作二,是可以锻链obliques, 消 love handles 也就是我们说的游泳圈
跟刚刚的动作一样,只是把右脚翻过去叠在左脚上
所以脚就变成ㄑ字形
然後一样做crunches,
之後再换边。
以上是技术部分,
可是我的重点是她一边教动作的时候一边闲聊讲的话
她说:
有人问我说要怎麽锻链 lower abs, 怎麽消掉肚子上的pooch (? 不确定这是哪个字)
如果你问我的话,我首先会说,
如果你有pooch, maybe it's supposed to be there.
(这时听到同学有人在欢呼)
它不是你们的敌人啊。They're not your enemy! (又听到欢呼)
可是如果it's not supposed to be there, here's a cue for you:
做这个(动作一)会有用,即使你没感觉到the burn,它还是有练到。
然後做到动作二,
她又继续说了,
这个 love handle 也是一样的道理,这样做会有用
可是你问我的话,
they're just a product of some good time.
Some good eating. Some cocktail on Girl's night out. Party at the pub.
Maybe you indulged yourselves a little bit,
but there's nothing wrong with that.
我很喜欢Shane讲的这两段话,
我们都非常锱铢计较肚子上腰侧的那块肉,
可是如果换个角度想,
"they're just a product of some good time."
"they're not your enemy"
不要那麽计较,看开一点,这样心情也会比较好过吧!
