在google输入body fat後，跑出一堆测量体脂肪的网页，
提供一些给大家参考

(这个最方便，因为需要输入的资料最少，不过可能也最不准)

(这个还要输入颈围、臀围..等等)

因为身边没有管道或机器可以量自己的体脂肪，
所以不晓得这些网站测出来的准不准
