标题[问题] Baseball mogul 2017的疑问

小弟最近无聊开了很久以前载的BM 2017想玩一下
所以开了一只球队从1960开始玩
想说在每年季中选秀的时候就把一些比较有名的球员交易过来
但要交易时就会出现
Players may not be traded in the first year after they are drafted.To change t
his setting,use the League Editor.
但是我进去League editor时却找不到有可以改变这个设定的地方
不知道是我英文不够好还是他真的没有
找了好几次也乱按了一些东西之後还是没改变
印象中之前玩2008的时候不需要改这些东西就可以交易了XD
想请问有没有大大知道要怎麽更改这个设定呢
