Right-hander Ryan Johnson has made the Los Angeles Angels -- without spending a
single day in the minor leagues, sources tell ESPN. Johnson, a second-round pick
last year, signed for $1.75 million but didn't pitch. The last to debut with no
minor league time: Garrett Crochet.
