标题[情报] 光芒主场保险年初刚降低，年末就出事

In March, 2024 the city of St. Petersburg, FL lowered their wind and flood insur
ance from $100M to $25M on Tropicana Field to save the city $275,000 a year in i
nsurance premiums.
The cost to repair the roof damage is $56M! Too bad for the Rays…

Tropicana Field can be repaired in time for the Rays’ 2026 season for about $55
.7 million, according to the damage assessment report sent Tuesday to St. Peters
burg City Council members.
光芒主场的维修费用出来了

The report, which does not include all items to be repaired, estimates that Hurr
icane Milton caused $39 million in damage and an additional $16 million in costs
such as design, permitting, insurance, inspection, staffing and construction co
ntingencies.
The most costly item to replace will be the roof, which accounts for about $23.6
million of the bill.

The big question is whether the city will want to spend that much for what could
be just two seasons of use, given plans for a stadium to be built and open in 2
028. There’s also the issue of the $22 million deductible and how much of the $
55 million will be covered by insurance as well as reimbursements from FEMA.
只不过目前最大的问题是

因为光芒即将在2028年搬去新球场
充其量只会再用两年（2026、2027）
