The Diamondbacks have extended the contract of right-hander Merrill Kelly by two
years. He will be paid $8M in 2023 and 2024. There is a $7M team option for 202
5 with a $1M buyout. The deal includes a $1M signing bonus. Total guarantee: $18
M.
