标题[问题] 台银提款机领日币优惠汇率怎麽算的？

刚刚去提款机查是 0.3488，但是台银网站牌告的
盘後现金卖价为 0.3501，0.3501 x 0.998 = 0.3494
并不是 0.3488 呀！请问这是怎麽算的呢？
