Leonardo Bittencourt leaves BVB for Hannover 96
[18.06.] Leonardo Bittencourt is leaving Borussia Dortmund to join fellow
Bundesliga side Hannover 96 for the 2013-2014 season. BVB could re-sign the
talented German-Brazilian midfielder due to a buy-back clause in his contract
with the Lower Saxony side.
The clubs have agreed not to reveal any further details of the deal. "We wish
Leonardo Bittencourt all the best for his future," said BVB sporting director
Michael Zorc.
Leonardo Bittencourt joined Borussia from Energie Cottbus in July 2012 and
scored five goals in five Bundesliga games for BVB.
