提到技术犯规 （抱歉，手边没2006的中文版） 38.3.1 ‧Delaying the game by deliberately touching the ball after it passes through the basket or by preventing a throw-in from being taken promptly. 大意是：在中篮後故意去触球以及妨碍发界外球造成比赛被延误 但是 17.3.2 Other player(s) shall not: ‧ Have any part of their bodies over the boundary line before the ball has been thrown across the boundary line. ‧ Be closer than one (1) metre to the player taking the throw-in when the out-of-bounds area, free from obstruction at the throw-in place, is less than two (2) metres to the boundary line. An infraction of Art. 17.3 is a violation. 大意是：球未过界线前 其他球员不能越过界线 如果界外区域深度不到2公尺 必须与发球员距离至少1公尺 违反17.3就是违例 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 所以说这样吹技术犯规会不会太OVER？ 况且球员的本意是"妨碍发界外球，以致延误比赛"吗？ 只不过是不懂规则规定 但又想好好防守好这一球 这时裁判应该是要引用17.3.2来吹判才是 并且应该趁机教育球员 不然有的球员根本也不知道裁判是在吹这球是吹什麽意思的 但是经过说明这是违例行为 确一而再，再而三的重犯才有"延误比赛"的嫌疑 （好比说完这样做违例 他却在重新发球时明知故犯） 技术犯规应该是要重视"犯意" 而不单单只是"行为"吧 这样随随便便就吹技术犯规 球员不反弹才怪……………… --
