标题[问题] EU261取消航班改班机

各位好
我是那个去回程都被芬航取消的幸运游客
小的想请教
芬航回我2/27取消的AY99
後来芬航帮改班机AY143加CX674
最终目的地抵达少於四小时
所以赔一个人300欧

请问他这样AY99取消航班就不算取消
算延误航班吗？
