标题[请益] rego退费

想请问版上各位，我今天在QLD监理站换新牌（本来是VIC牌），顺便缴回原车牌，监理站
给了一张receipt for bulk plate surrender，这张是会帮我向vic road申请取消车牌、
退回剩下的rego费用，还是我还得自己再提出申请？
因为看了网站是写 The interstate authority will provide you with a receipt that
you can then submit along with your refund request if there are remaining day
s on the Victorian registration.
麻烦有经验的版友可以解惑了，谢谢。
