比较不常出面管绿帽的co-owner John Fisher礼拜四去了Howard Terminal,在Jack London
Square附近,是现任市长Libby Schaaf极力推荐的位址

Fisher最近请了Strada Investment Group的Jesse Blout和Michael Cohen,之前是帮助
Warriors的arena project
目前还有一些问题存在例如Howard Terminal离BART太远和需要pedestrian bridges/
overpass去通过railroad line
之前Manfred也表示过A's Oakland的经济比以前要好(
