The 30-year-old Lindstrom went 2-5 with a 4.39 earned run average and 23 saves in his lone season with the Astros last year. The right-hander spent his first three big league seasons with Florida and has compiled a 10-13 career record with a 4.00 ERA and 43 saves. Aristil pitched at three different levels in the Rockies organization last year and is 13-23 with a 4.47 ERA in 113 games, 53 as a starter, during his five minor league seasons with Colorado. Musick was 8-7 with a 4.05 ERA over 23 starts at Single-A Asheville in 2010. Rhodes was classified as a Type A free agent, but because the Reds didn’t offer him arbitration the Rangers won’t have to give up a draft pick to sign him. He had a 2.29 ERA and 50/18 K/BB ratio in 55 innings for Cincinnati, marking Rhodes’ third straight season with an ERA below 3.00.
