标题[认虫] 这是鲣节虫幼虫吗?

网路上查了很多图片觉得跟鲣节虫比较相似

图片可能没有拍得很清楚 但是尾巴那边有比较长的毛
房间里每几天就会出现几只这个
不知道要怎样才能根除
