标题室内会飞的小虫(有照片)

最近一直在房间内看到这种虫
(还好手快用酒精把一只射下来拍照…)
虫的体长大约0.5公分左右
以下照片(手机相机，努力想拍清楚了虽然有点难QQ)

请问这是甚麽虫？
要怎麽杜绝他在房间里出现呢？
