The January transfer window saw more Arsenal starlets go out on loan. Jay
Simpson moved to West Brom and Reserve team captain Gavin Hoyte has joined
Watford. Fellow reserve-teamers Rui Fonte, Henri Lansbury, Paul Rodgers and
Rene Steer have also departed for Crystal Palace, Scunthorpe United,
Northampton Town and Gillingham respectively.

second loan spell in as many years, this time with FC Zwolle of the Eerste
Divisie in Holland. Finally, Havard Nordtveit has joined Lillestrom until the
end of the season.

had to wait until the final minute to take the lead. Ronaldinho’s free-kick
finally broke the deadlock before Filippo Inzaghi headed a second goal deep
into stoppage time.
