Henry has been the subject of transfer speculation for the past two seasons, an d on Tuesday a report in France Football magazine even suggested he had already agreed a deal with the Spanish giants. That report angered Henry's agent, Jerome Anderson, who has vowed to take legal action against the publication. Henry meanwhile claims he could rebuff all interest from Spain and even Italy a nd stay on at Arsenal this year - just as he did 12 months ago. Henry, who turns 30 in August, said: "Last season, people were announcing all o ver the place that I was leaving. "Some people wrote that it would happen for sure but at the end of the day I st ayed at Arsenal. It could be the same this year. "I've not taken any decision and my name is not up on any departures board. If something happens, I will tell everybody." He added: "Nothing is done. I repeat, nothing. "At this moment, I am an Arsenal player and in the same situation as I was last year." But despite rubbishing a report in France that a move to Barcelona has already been agreed between the Nou Camp giants and his agent, the talismanic Gunners' striker is refusing to fully commit himself to the club.
