A niggling hamstring injury has not aided Baptista's acclimatisation following his loan signing from Real Madrid, but the player believes he has begun to benefit from playing in his best position of attacking midfield, claiming he was misunderstood at Real. "All I have needed is for a coach to give me four or five games in succession, someone to play me in my best position and someone to show faith in me," Baptista told the Evening Standard.
