Vela被外借到Salamanca了，该队是在西乙吗？
Mexican youngster Carlos Vela has been loaned to Spanish Segunda outfit
Salamanca.
The 17-year-old belongs to Arsenal having signed a five-year deal with The
Gunners last year, but does not currently qualify for a work permit to play
in England.
As such, the North Londoners opted to loan him to Celta Vigo in Spain as soon
as he joined them.
Vela was scheduled to head back out to Celta this season, but they were
unable to accommodate the youngster as they have already filled their quota
of non-EU players having bought Brazilian winger Nene earlier in the summer.
As a result Celta have set up a loan deal with Salamanca that will allow Vela
the chance to continue his education in European football.
