The French tactician prides himself on unearthing young talents and giving them their chance in the first team, but he accepts that he does also need a couple of older heads. "I have a lot of faith in my young players," Wenger told Arsenal's official website. "You always feel you need experienced players but if you have too many, the younger players will not play. "I try to find the right balance between the experienced players and the younger players. "We still have some experienced players out at the moment - (Thierry) Henry, (Jens) Lehmann. "But having said that I will still buy one with experience. The target is one or two, but one certainly." The defence is a particular priority following Sol Campbell's departure and injury to Philippe Senderos, Lauren and Gael Clichy, while Ashley Cole is also expected to leave for Chelsea.
