Wenger said:
"His goal against Brazil was typical of him - a superb finish.
For me, he's the best striker in the world.
"It's been difficult for Thierry playing up front as a lone striker
for a team which started slowly but he has got stronger as the team
has got stronger.
"His pace, power and determination dominated the Brazilian defence
in a way that no other striker has shown.
"Thierry has the determination to win the World Cup."
