Al 是在现实爱情丛林跌撞的纯爱派啊!) 一方面受到灌输的、美化的追求模式影响，我们都对爱情有憧憬有期望也等於被制约 (歌词第一段追马子的招数都是从别人那边听来的 最後一句回荡的话像是男生不得不有的绅士风度，送女生回家 不过却也因为「公车」突显了现实的窘境，没钱的小伙子只能目送女友上公车 同时像 "I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor" 还有 "Only Ones Who Know" 都有提到罗密欧与茱丽叶这样的爱情神话，现在可能只沦为空洞的甜言蜜语) 但是当我们真正接触到一个实际的对象之後 才发现先前构筑的想像只是讽刺的逼出自己的无知、拙劣和脆弱 保持自己的形象?睁一只眼闭一只眼去看待睡醒後或者卸妆後的对方? 一夜情或者性爱究竟是让彼此的距离更接近抑或是更加遥远? 亲密过後我就要负起责任成为「男女朋友」?可是明明我根本还说不出「爱」... 所以宁愿在天亮前起身离开，究竟是不想和还说不出我爱你的人一起醒来(藉口???) 还是没办法面对在作出一定承诺後却发现他或她不是「对」的人，或者并不那麽爱你? all the little promises they don't mean much... They made it far too easy to believe that true romance can't be achieved these days... 再把这首歌联想到 MV 很有意思的是翻转了原歌词从男生出发的角度 原来女生也一样有心机，一样拙劣，一样在追求真爱的路上跌跌撞撞，甚至走火入魔 想去爱又怕得不到爱，想去爱又怕得到的爱并不是自己真正想要的... 所以快点，在天亮前起身离开...
