标题[求救] 部分网页无法开启

1. 叙述问题：
电脑可以上BBS，也可以上yahoo，
但是有一些网页不能开，像是google...这个不能用好麻烦，都不能搜寻。
有试过输入netsh winsock reset重新启动过网路，
还有有将Proxy取消勾选，但有用自动侦测设定。
但google还是不能开启。
