作业系统：MS Windows XP Professional version 2002 SP3
防毒软体：小红伞 Avria
要开启IE浏览器的时候，
原本桌面的图示和桌布不见了，
出现许多 error 视窗如下：
Files indexation process failed

Windows: Delayed Write Failed
Failed to save all components for the file \\System32\0000390.c
The file is corrupted or unreadable.
The error may be caused by a PC hardware problem.

重开机以後出现以下视窗：
System restore
PC Performance & Stability analysis report
8 errors detected!
Hard drive rotational speed exceeds system limits and may cause a system
failure.
Disk drive C:\ is unreadable.
Damaged hard drive detected. Private data is at risk. Restore is required.
Hard drive does not correspond to system requests.
Boot sector of the hard drive is damaged.
RAM memory speed decreased significantly and may cause a system failure.
Hard drive rotational speed decreased by 20%.

按下右下角的 Fix Errors 按键後会进行修复，
但是上述的八个errors都修复失败(failed)，
重开机两三次都是出现上述的 System restore 视窗，
且 Fix Errors 按键按下的结果也是修复失败，
补充一下硬碟一共有C、D两个槽，
点进去原本的档案和目录都不见了，
[工具->资料夹选项->检视->隐藏档案和资料夹->显示所有档案和资料夹]
做了上述动作後，
发现原来是变成半透明的隐藏档，
Google後得到一个网址，
和我遇到的问题一样，但是没有结果，

该如何进行下一步动作呢，

一步步跟着做就完成了，
只不过最後一步骤的[开始->执行->msconfig->startup]
看到的执行档名称和影片不同，大概是变形吧，
