标题[中毒] runtime error 216

1.问题描述：
开机不久後会有 runtime error 216 的弹跳视窗，约200个。
过约1分钟，电脑即恢复正常，视窗消失，就没问题了可正常使用。
另外在outlook，点选邮件中的网址无法直接开启；MSN也是一样的状况。
