标题[情报] Skaggs to sign with Angels

Tyler Skaggs, the standout left-handed pitcher from Santa Monica High who was
selected 40th overall in the Major League Baseball first-year player draft,
has agreed to undisclosed terms and will sign with the Angels today,according
to his mother, Debbie Skaggs.
Skaggs was sidelined late in the high school season by an ankle injury, but
he features an excellent curveball and fastball.
