红袜要价 Ervin Santana + Chone Figgins + 2~3 top prospects并要求天使吞下
Manny 剩下合约的大部分。但是要价太高已经被拒绝，双方可能会继续谈判。
prospects 包括 Brandon Wood 跟 Howie Kendrick ，新闻原文如下:
Boston was believed to have asked for at least four players — Santana,
utility player Chone Figgins and two or three of the Angels' top four
prospects, a list that includes shortstop Brandon Wood and second baseman
Howie Kendrick. The Red Sox also wanted the Angels to assume virtually all of
the $57 million remaining on Ramirez's contract, which runs through 2008.
