标题[问题] Android 串连bluetooth装置

各位好
小弟刚接触bluetooth装置，现有一需求
要把android /iOS 手机上的微信/line/简讯/未接来电
透过bluetooth传送到欲开发的穿戴式装置，如下图
我查询网路资料，iOS有ANCS api可去读取这些通知，
请问android有类似的协定 or API吗
