'American Idol's' Adam Lambert would be killer in the rock band Queen

Lambert told the AP this week he'd feel torn about joining the band.
"That's a tough question because, honestly, how do you say no to being in
Queen? I mean, that's unbelievable. But at the same time, I do have my own
thing to do right now, and that's my goal. So if I could, I would try to do
both. That's the honest question. I would try to do both. I would love to
perform with them anytime they wanted me to but I also have my record to do.
So, we'll see."

Looking to his post-Idol record release, Lambert said the album will include
"sexy, dance-y, vibe-y" numbers and more emotional songs that "appeal to
people
that are going through a hard time or don't believe in themselves. I want to
communicate the liberation that is being comfortable in your own skin and that
is being your own person. And the spirit of being different, and how strong
that can make you feel."
(看来他对新专辑的想法真的很多,希望不会太复杂反倒不好定调 :P)
Who he'd dream of having work with him on his album: Madonna, Lady Gaga and
Katy Perry, he told the AP.

While those are some popular popsters, it makes me worry that the Adam Lambert
we see go solo won't be much like the guy who wowed us on "American Idol." I
hope that's not the case, and he keeps his rock edge in there somewhere wedged
among the dance vibes. Sigh.
