标题[问题] MSN Live Map 的作法？

这是MSN上的地图网站。
用检视原始码，看到的语法如附件：
关於这个网页里能拦到滑鼠中间的滚轮事件，
之前我所看到的网页大概只有applet和flash可以做到。
但这个地图网页，却不太像applet及flash的手法，
另外，应该可以确定，这是个ajax技术的网站。
不知道是否有人知道这技术是如何实做的？
