Let me rephrase my question, I can input Chinese to any other program besides
MS-DOS console (Windows 2000). I use MS-DOS to telnet PTT. For Microsoft New
Phonix Input, it is ok to type Chinese but I cannot type Chinese after Iswitch
Going 6.5.
I don't know if any of you use 'Going' to input Chinese.
