岗位待遇。
1.博士後年薪
博士後在站培养期内年薪(税前)不低於22万元,由基础年薪(8万/年)和绩效年薪(14万/年)组成,每月税前应发额约18000元。
2.超额科研业绩津贴
3.学校按规定为博士後缴纳社会保险,缴存住房公积金。
4.博士後工作时间和休息休假参照学校事业编制人员管理办法执行。
5.博士後参照事业编制人员享受学校医疗待遇和体检待遇。
6.博士後在站培养期间可按规定租住博士後公寓。若博士後公寓满员无法安排入住或博士後自行解决住房的,学校每月发给租房补贴3000元,
7.博士後在站培养期间,子女可按有关规定报读华南师范大学附属幼儿园、华南师范大学附属小学。

主要从事电化学储能材料(高容量型锂离子电池电极材料),纳米功能材料的基础研究和电极材料的产业应用研究。基础研究方面,迄今在J.Materials Chemistry A,J. Power Sources, Electrochemica Acta, New J. Chemistry, Carbon, J.Alloy and Compound, Materials Letter, Materials Research Bulletin, Sciecne Bulletin, J. Solid State
Electrochemistry等发表论文80多篇;应用研究方面,目前已申请国内外发明专利12件,授权5件,国际PCT专利1件,实现专利技术成果转化2件。主持国家自然科学基金,广东省粤港联合创新项目,广州市科技计划项目,广东省教育厅人才项目,校企横向合作课题项目,并以子课题负责人参加国家自然科学基金广东联合基金,广东省重大科技专项,广东省自然科学基金重点项目,广东省产学研合作项目等国家、省、市级课题项目。

主持参与过电池,碳纳米材料,水处理等基金项目,在Energy Environmental Science, Energy Storage Materials, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, JMCA, JPS , Nanoscale等发表论文30余篇。申请临时专利6件,PCT国际专利2件,曾在新加坡南洋理工大学学习获得博士学位,新加坡科技设计大学工作,西门子水处理公司,Contour Energy system Inc担任研发等高级职务等,海外学习工作11年,2018年1月以青年拔尖人才身份回国加入本研究团队。
胡社军,教授,博士生导师,主研方向是纳米功能材料、薄膜材料与表面技术、清洁能源电池材料、超硬材料。主持国家自然科学基金、教育部骨干教师计划、教育部重点研究项目、广东省自然科学基金重点项目、广东省重点攻关项目、广州市纳米专项计划等课题。

Postdoctoral Benefits:
1. Postdoctoral salary
Postdoctoral training during the annual salary (before tax) of not less than 220,000 RMB yuan, consisting of the basic annual salary (80,000 / year) and the annual salary (140,000 / year), the monthly pre-tax wage should be about 18,000 RMB yuan.
2. Excess scientific research performance allowance

Mainly engaged in electrochemical energy storage materials (high capacity lithium-ion battery electrode material), nano-functional materials, basic research and industrial application of electrode materials. Prof. HOU published papers on J. Materials Chemistry A, J. Power Sources, Electrochemica Acta, New J. Chemistry, Carbon, J. Alloy and Compound, Materials Letter, Materials Research Bulletin, Sciecne Bulletin, J. Solid State Electrochemistry etc. Up till now, Prof. HOU has applied for 12 domestic
and foreign invention patents, granted 5 patents and 1 international PCT patent. Among them, two patents haves been sold out for the commercial products. Prof. HOU research works are supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Guangdong Province Guangdong-Hong Kong Joint Innovation Project, Guangzhou Science and Technology Project, Guangdong Provincial Department of Education Talents Project, horizontal cooperation project of school-enterprise, and the sub-project to participate in

Prof. CHEN FUMING received PhD degrees from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has working experiences in battery Research Company and water Treatment Company, as well as University such as Nanyang Technological University, Singapore University of Technology and Design. He joined South China Normal University as top-notch young talent in Jan. 2018. His current research topics: electrochemical electrode materials, carbon nanomaterials, water treatment and desalination, toxic ion removal etc.
Prof. Chen published more than 30 papers articles on Energy Environmental Science, Energy Storage Materials, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, JMCA, JPS, Carbon, Nanoscale, JPCC etc. He applied 6 provisional patents and 2 PCT international patents.
Hu Shejun, Professor, the main research direction is nano-functional materials, thin film materials and surface technology, clean energy battery materials, super hard materials. Hosted by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education Key Teachers Program, the Ministry of Education key research projects, the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation of key projects, key projects in Guangdong Province, Guangzhou City, nano-specific projects and other topics.
