小弟准备前往美国做博後，准备要与对方签约，但合约内容有一项不是很清楚。恳请指教

2. Intellectual Property

by you during your time at University, or subsequent thereto, if related to

所以，即使博後期满离开之後的相关研究成果，对方学校仍拥有/保留所有权利吗?
